Job Title: Local Outreach & Contributor Recruitment Coordinator (LATAM)

ABOUT THE PROJECT
We're running a data collection project across Latin America, partnering with businesses whose employees perform everyday manual work (warehouses, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, cleaning companies, farms, workshops, and similar). Participants use a simple app on their own phone to record short videos of real work tasks, and are paid per accepted hour of footage.
We're looking for a Local Outreach Coordinator to build relationships with businesses in your area and help sign up participants.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify and reach out to local businesses that fit the project's target sectors
Introduce the opportunity to business owners, managers, and employees
Guide interested participants through downloading the app, creating an account, and joining with the correct partner code
Support participants through a short test session to confirm they're set up correctly
Track and report your daily recruitment numbers through the agreed reporting method
Help troubleshoot basic setup questions
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
This is a fixed-price milestone contract. Each completed daily milestone is paid at 25 USD and requires:
Recruiting 6 participants that day, where each participant completes at least one session of 2 or more hours of accepted footage.
Milestones are paid once the daily target is confirmed and reconciled.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable introducing a new opportunity to business owners and workers
Organized and reliable with daily reporting
Prior experience in outreach, community engagement, sales, or gig-economy recruiting is a plus
Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese required for this region; English helpful but not required
